Ontario and Quebec governments conclude vaccination van deal.
Nothing screams credibility more than a van.
Standing creepily silent and six feet apart and in masks, Quebec Premier Francois Legault and Ontario Premier Doug Ford waited for their cue to speak as their eyes remained fixed on their handlers.
Finally, Mr. Legault announced that the two governments concluded a van deal for a shipment of Pfizer vaccines from Canal St. to ensure and enhance access to vaccinations for children.
’We’re proud to announce this initiative. It will lure kids with balloons, cotton candy and promises of watching videos’, Legault said.
Both governments have used every strong arm tactic they could and decided a softer approach was needed with children.
“Children are precious” Ford said. “if we don’t think of the children who will? This is why we’re undertaking this measure to make sure our kids get vaccinated to protect us all”.
The pink and black vans will be in neighbourhoods in both provinces by next week. “It’s yeh only way back to freedom, no” Legault explained. "And Dougie he look like Barney Rubble so deh kids will luv ‘im" As for the title of the project “Old Man With Candy” , Ford proudly declared it was his idea while letting out a Barney Rubble giggle.
